Payment Methods
Adding a Payment Method
Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Security: Card details processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never store full card numbers.
Updating Payment Information
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:- Email Notification: We’ll email you immediately
- Retry Schedule: Stripe automatically retries 3 times over 7 days
- Grace Period: 7 days to update payment method before downgrade
- Account Downgrade: If payment still fails, account downgrades to Free
- Update payment method: Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- Or contact support: support@branddna.app

Tax Calculation: We automatically calculate sales tax based on your billing address (US, EU VAT, etc.)

United States
- Sales Tax: Calculated based on billing address state
- Exempt Organizations: Upload tax exemption certificate to support@branddna.app
European Union
- VAT: EU VAT added based on country
- Reverse Charge: Businesses with valid VAT ID can self-assess (enter VAT ID in billing settings)
Other Countries
- GST/Local Taxes: Applied where required by local law

Canceling Your Subscription
What Happens After Cancellation

If you’re not satisfied with Brand DNA within 7 days of your first subscription payment:Contact Support

- ✅ Within 7 days of initial payment
- ✅ Monthly or annual plans
- ❌ Not available for renewals
No Partial Refunds
We do not provide refunds for:- Mid-cycle cancellations (access remains until period ends)
- Plan downgrades
- Subscription renewals
- Unused time on annual plans
Agency Billing
Team Seat Management
